North Gas Company and ITS engineers complete calibration training at Time Electronics

Three North Gas Company (NGC) engineers and the ITS team completed a one-week calibration course at Time Electronics in the UK, on the very bench that was then shipped to NGC.

TONBRIDGE, United Kingdom, 28 November 2024 – Three engineers from North Gas Company (NGC), a company of Iraq’s Ministry of Oil, and the ITS team have completed a one-week calibration course at Time Electronics in Tonbridge, Kent.

The training followed the delegation’s visit to the factory and covered the operation, calibration and maintenance of the CBP-PROC3 CalBench and its EasyCal calibration software. The engineers trained hands-on on their own bench: the same CalBench was later inspected, crated and shipped to NGC. Omar Farooq Al Obaidi, Managing Director, CEO of ITS, and Farooq Mahmood Al Obaidi, Commercial Manager of ITS, took the course with them.

On the last day, Robert Bailey, Sales Director of Time Electronics, presented each participant with a Certificate of Training. The bench now stands in NGC’s calibration room in Kirkuk, assembled by the ITS team.
