Control Valves

ITS supplies control valves from Azbil, Komoto and Koso, automatic recirculation valves from Schroedahl (part of CIRCOR), safety relief and pressure-reducing valves from YNV, and gate, globe, check, ball and plug valves from Fevisa and OSV. Each maker has its own page on this site, which states the relationship ITS holds with it.

Yes. We select and size the valve with the manufacturer's engineers, against the process datasheet (pressure, temperature and service), and offer the maker's valve that fits the duty. Send the datasheet or tag list with the delivery point, and the offer comes back with the maker, the origin, the lead time and the document plan.

Yes. ITS sources OEM spares for installed valves (trim, actuators, diaphragms and positioners) from the original manufacturer or its authorised channel, and helps trace parts no longer in production. Send a photo of the nameplate or the datasheet, so the part is matched to the valve that is already on the line.

Valves ship with the documents the contract sets: typically the maker's material and test certificates, an inspection certificate at origin and a certificate of origin legalised as customs and the contract require. Where the order or tender calls for third-party inspection at the manufacturer's works, ITS arranges it with the inspection body the client names.

ITS works from Kirkuk and delivers to site across Iraq, including Kirkuk, Basra and the plant or field named in the order. Export, customs clearance and the last mile can sit in the same supply, so one desk follows the valve from the maker's works to the site.
